What are credits and how are they used?
How many free credits do I get per day? Do they roll over?
Free gives 9 credits per day and resets daily — unused credits don’t roll over. See

How many credits are included in paid plans, and how many generations is that?
Creator: 900 credits (~112 generations). Pro: 2,640 credits (~330 generations). Studio: 5,400 credits (~675 generations). Formula: generations = credits ÷ 8. See

What does credit rollover mean? What’s the cap?
Rollover lets unused monthly credits carry into next month, up to a cap (one month of your plan). Free has no rollover. Example: Pro can carry up to 2,640 credits. Details on

What’s the annual billing bonus?
Annual plans include bonus credits: Creator +10%, Pro +10%, Studio +20%. Totals: Creator 11,880/year, Pro 34,848/year, Studio 77,760/year. See

What is the generation queue? What’s different by plan?

What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Benefits update immediately. Credit issuance and rollover limits follow your current plan. Manage changes in

What is your refund policy for subscriptions and credits?
Subscription payments are refundable only for unused billing periods when eligible under applicable law or approved by support. One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Used credits are non-refundable. If you were charged in error or hit a confirmed service failure, contact support for case-by-case review. See

Can I use generated images commercially?
Paid plans include commercial usage rights for generated outputs. Free plan outputs are for personal use only. You are responsible for having rights to the images you upload and for lawful downstream use. See

How long do you keep uploaded images and data?
Uploads are processed and deleted from our servers within 24 hours unless you choose to save them. Usage analytics is typically retained for 2 years, and account data is kept while your account is active or as required by law. See
